miso millet veggie burgers


the kind of food you make with leftover food. easy to modify according to your own rotting produce. kidding. kind of.

so take about a half cup of cooked millet and add it to the bowl of your food processor with mushrooms, shredded carrot and a spoonful of miso. add in ginger, garlic, braggs liquid aminos and nutritional yeast. give it a whirl. taste and adjust flavors. add in a cup or two of oats- just enough to bring it all together.

drop by spoonfuls into a hot frying pan and cook on both sides until crispy and delicious.

eat plain-jane or on some bread or a corn tortilla with mashed avocado and tons of cilantro and lime.
