summer fruit + chia spice yogurt




this is hardly a recipe. fruit in a bowl, whatever you like and in quantities you prefer. greek yogurt with some chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger and agave if you like it sweet (I do).
mix the yogurt. mix into the fruit. eat. hurrah.


lately I have been trying to add in some good organic yogurt with lots of beneficial bacteria in an attempt to make my belly a happy camper- so this is a scientific experiment, basically. yum.
